We accept Visa and Mastercard. Credit Card Payments are done on the secure bank site. We never see card details. The bank sends confirmation of payment immediately, when the transaction is completed.
Select "BANK TRANSFER" Option, if bank transfer is your preferred method of payment. An order confirmation will appear with
the bank account details of Discount fishing supplies to make the payment to. This
confirmation will also contain details of your order and an order
number for you to use in any correspondence with DiscountFishingSupplies.
Once payment has been confirmed we will despatch your order.
Please note that if payment is not made within 48 hours, (for "ONE DAY SPECIALS") your order will automatically be cancelled.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All
deliveries within New Zealand are by Courier and direct to your door.
The Courier will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home,
he or she will leave a card requesting that you contact the Courier
office to arrange a suitable delivery time.
But we take no responsibility for loss of goods once goods have been delivered.
An Alternative delivery address can be supplied for delivery ie. your work.
Any Shortages or Breakages must be reported to Discount Fishing within 24 hours, preferably by email
sales@discountfishingsupplies.co.nz and quoting your Order Number.
Please Note:
All goods are insured up until the point of delivery: Until a signature
is obtained. Remember, DO NOT sign for goods if packaging shows any signs of mis-handling or breakage. IF you do sign for damaged goods, then unfortunately there is no claim possible on the damaged goods. If in dought open the goods in front of the courier prior to signing.
Over Subscribed Orders
In the instance where sale items are over-subscribed, then it will be a case of "FIRST IN FIRST SERVED"
Any orders that are unable to be fulfilled will be advised to the customer. And if there are any substitute products of similar quality and value, then these will be offered to the customer.
If we have run out of specified sale item then a full refund will be made to the customer, if we can not source extra product, or if we can not find a substitute product that is acceptable to the customer.
We make all efforts to satisfy all orders, and 99.9% of the time all customers will receive their orders, However if we do run out of stock, and are unable to source extra products from our suppliers, then a refund will be made.
Discount Fishing Supplies makes no guarantees of supply, although we will do our best to satisfy all orders.
Extra Goods
If you decide to add some extra fishing tackle items to your order, then that is fine and your total freight will not exceed Our standard $5- Shipping fee, So feel free to add a few extra's.
